How exactly are events counted?
We count both incoming and outgoing data points. 1 Incoming + 1 Outgoing = 2 Events. For example, if you have 200k page views and send them to Meta CAPI, that equals 400k Total Events.
How does overage pricing work?
Plans start with a base number of events. If you exceed the included events, you pay $15 for every additional 100,000 events.
What happens to my data retention?
Data retention varies by plan. Growth stores data for 90 days, and Scale for 1 year. This allows for longer historical analysis as you upgrade.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes, you can move between plans at any time. If you need features like Google CAPI or longer retention, upgrading to Scale is instant.
